When you have decided that outsourcing is an avenue you want to explore, we take the time to understand more about the goals you want to achieve for your business. We work with you to create a comprehensive plan which will get you to your desired result.
Manage hiring process
For the next step, we will work with you to write your job description and begin sourcing talent. This will include our network contacts, our database, advertising, and direct headhunting.
We shortlist three top candidates who have passed our screening for you to review. If required this screening can include your technical assessment or viewing the candidate’s portfolio.
From there you interview candidates over Skype and make your decision.
The hiring process is painless and is similar to the process locally.
Set up new hire and provide ongoing support
We handle all the practicalities of your new employee – providing them with a dedicated workspace, hardware, high speed internet connection, and a comfortable environment.
Together we will help you map out the first six weeks of what you expect from your new team member. Your account manager in Manila will provide hands-on support for your new team member, while your local adviser will help with any concerns you have from your end.
Administer payroll and HR
With Deployed we are here to handle all HR, administration, and payroll issues. We ensure employees receive mandatory benefits such as sick leave and annual leave, plus handle time-keeping and any onsite issues. Your new team member will be an employee of Deployed, however they will work solely for you and your company.
