What we do

  • Undertake a full recruitment campaign to find the talent you need.
  • Take care of the HR, timekeeping and payroll.
  • Look after the legal and compliance side of employment.
  • Support you in managing employee performance and building team engagement.
  • Assist your employee with the setup of bank accounts, life insurance, health insurance, and government loans and paperwork.
  • We can provide technology services and office space to meet the needs of your team.

What you do

  • Share role priorities and budget, and collaborate on job descriptions.
  • Interview your preferred candidates before making the final hiring decision.
  • Onboard new team members with a detailed introduction to your team, business, tools, and processes.
  • Help your new team members get up to speed by setting up initial meetings with key stakeholders to foster and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set work priorities, manage deadlines, and provide feedback.

English Speaking
