- Be flexible: Meetings might be later or early, so consider ways to support your offshore team, and limit long meetings that put extra strain on your/their day.
- Check in: Jump on calls to see how things are going or assign each overseas member an in-house ‘partner’ to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- A virtual water cooler: Staying in touch is easy! To help outsourced staff stay connected, create a team chat app (Slack, Google Chat) and encourage conversation and open lines of communication.
